Our client is a leading company in the Maritime sector, specializing in the construction and maintenance of luxury yachts and high-end vessels. Innovation and quality are key, with a strong focus on continuously improving production processes. Various disciplines collaborate within the organization – from Engineering and Production to Finance – in a dynamic and results-oriented work environment.
Functie
Depending on your experience and specialization, you can join us in various roles:
- Junior Engineer: work under guidance on developing 3D models and technical drawings, and learn the ins and outs of the trade;
- Construction Engineer: focus on the structural aspects of the yacht, such as hull and framework, and perform FEM analyses;
- NX Modeler: specialize in 3D modeling using Siemens NX and serve as a link between engineering and production;
- Project Engineer Discipline Lead: lead an engineering team within a project and coordinate with stakeholders;
- Project Engineer Routing & Arrangements: focus on the routing and placement of onboard systems and coordinate with other departments;
- Project Engineer HVAC Diagrams: design and draft HVAC diagrams and collaborate with system integrators.
Functie-eisen
- A completedhigher professional education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture or Maritime Technology;
- Experience in Yacht or Shipbuilding, ranging from 25 years for Junior roles and 5+ years for Senior and Project-level roles;
- Familiarity with relevant software, such as AutoCAD 3D, Siemens NX, Teamcenter or Cadmatic;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- A precise and analytical work attitude with an eye for quality and results.
Aanbod
- A gross monthly salary between 3.500,- and 6.500,- depending on education and experience;
- 43 days off annually for a full-time position (32 hours per week is negotiable);
- Flexible working hours;
- An inspiring work environment with visibility on the final product;
- The position is for one year, with the possibility of extension.
